The first step in the custom home building process is to schedule a consultation with our team. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision for your new home, your budget, and any specific requirements you may have. We will also provide you with an overview of our services and answer any questions you may have.
Initial meeting and consultation, to determine your vision and outlook for your home. We encourage any questions you may possibly have about construction in order to make you feel comfortable about the process. At this point we can provide an estimate on the costs of your ideas.
Design
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will begin the design process. Our team of drafters will work closely with you to create a custom design that meets your specific requirements and reflects your personal style.
Time to start working with our drafter to design and creating the layout for your home. This process must not be rushed, as it is a very important aspect of your new home!
Deciding where you would like to build your custom home. What is ideal for your lifestyle and suitable for your budget.
Once the blueprints are complete and a lot is selected, we can provide an exact cost of the home. Belcore will write up a contract defining payment terms, details, and any specifications of the project.
Permits and Approvals
Once the design is complete, we will submit the plans for necessary permits and approvals. Our team will handle all the paperwork and ensure that your project meets all local building codes and regulations.
We schedule site visits and walkthroughs throughout the course of construction, to ensure item such as electrical locations and design layouts are exactly how you want them.
Custom changes will be discussed and signed off accordingly with our change order forms.
Construction
After all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, construction can begin. Our team of skilled builders will construct your new home using only the highest quality materials and techniques. We will also keep you informed of progress and address any concerns you may have throughout the construction process.
We have a vast array of top quality products to choose from. We provide a schedule of when interior elements should be decided on, to ensure proper timing and scheduling of construction. These include things such as: flooring, lighting, cabinets, paint colours, etc.

Completion & Possession
Once construction is complete, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that your new home meets all of your expectations. Once all necessary repairs and touch-ups are made, you will be able to move into your new custom home.
The day before or the day of possession we will complete a walkthrough process. This is a chance for us to go over how to maintain individual items in the home, also to show alleviate any questions you may have about maintenance of them also to alleviate any questions you many about any aspect of your new home.
